Step 1
Set Up Your Sites
As a company admin, you'll first need to set up your work sites. Define the location, working hours, and check-in radius for each site.
- Add site name and project number
- Set GPS coordinates or use the map

Step 2
Add Your Workers
Next, add your workers to the system. Assign them to specific sites and provide them with login credentials.
- Add worker details and employee number
- Assign workers to specific sites
- Provide login credentials for the mobile app
Step 3
Workers Check In/Out
Workers use the mobile app to check in and out of their assigned sites. The system verifies their location and timestamps their attendance.
- Workers log in to the mobile app
- GPS verifies they're at the correct location
- Workers tap "Check In" when arriving and "Check Out" when leaving
